Stays of 31 days or more have access to all 4 bedrooms. Shorter stays are limited by the county homestay permit on the property to 3 bedrooms.

The house embraces a spectacular solar heated pool and backyard patio from which you may fully relax in the fantastic Santa Barbara weather.

Peacefully sleep in the quiet setting. Those who are early risers will not disturb those who want to sleep in as the bedroom wing is at the opposite end of the house from the kitchen living and dining areas.

This property is located on a beautiful tree filled acre property with views of the mountains. Just a short walk to the Mission and the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. Walk to downtown Santa Barbara through Rocky Nook Park and distinctive Upper East neighborhoods. The beach and Montecito are just an easy 10 minute drive. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, fishing, biking, golf to local theatre, museums and cultural events.
